This guide covers the steps involved in the main contractor's online training process.
1. Quick guide: Adding a non-Finnish employee
Employee receives an email invitation to an online training after the site permit has been created in Zeroni.
2. The employee logs into Zeroni using two-factor authentication in order to access the online training
3. The employee goes through the material on the Claned online training platform and completes the final assessment
If completing the online training is not successful, please contact support@zeroni.fi
Include in your error report:
Site name
Person's name
Reason why online training is not successful:
Employee has not received the training invitation in their email
Training has been successfully completed, but the information does not transfer to Zeroni
Other reason, what?
