Safety Measurements - Configuration Settings

In Zeroni, there is a wide range of functions available for managing workplace safety.

The program can perform various measurements such as TR, MVR, MVRS, Elmeri+, and RRK measurements, and specific targets for these measurements can be set for each construction site in the site's basic information. The measurements are recorded in the program, and both individual and, for example, negative observations made during TR rounds are visible in safety observations.

During a round, a location can be assigned to an observation, or the observation can be marked on a floor plan (floor plans can be added by site under Manage - Floor Plans), photographed, and assigned to contract partners, whose contacts will receive a notification of the observation. After receiving the notification, the contract partner can make the necessary correction to the observation and electronically acknowledge that it has been corrected.

Safety Measurement Settings

Safety measurements can be activated on a per-site basis through the Manage - Safety menu.

Here, you can also define target levels for the measurements, and if the construction site area is extremely large, it can be divided into measurement areas, allowing measurements to be targeted to a specific area on the construction site.

Furthermore, if safety measures are required from contractors working at the construction site, administrative rights can be granted to the contractor, and they can be responsible for conducting the necessary safety measurements.
