Where can I find the required qualifications on the construction site?

You can find the qualification settings designated for the construction site as follows:

Select Home -> Site -> Manage -> Additional Settings

You can set competences for the construction site through the Requirements menu:

If you cannot find the menu in your Management panel, please contact the main contractor's main user.

What is the difference between Required competences and Required custom competences in Zeroni?

Required competences are standardized competencies that an employee obtains after completing official training provided by an external organization. For example, a work safety card or a hot work permit.

Required custom competences are requirements specific to the client, such as their internal training programs. Therefore, all online trainings specified by the client in Zeroni are categorized as Required custom competences, not Required competences
