Employee receives an email invitation to an online training after the worksite permit has been created in Zeroni.
The employee logs into Zeroni using two-factor authentication in order to access the online training
If completing the online training is not successful, please contact support@zeroni.fi
Include in your error report:
Site name
Person's name
Reason why online training is not successful:
Employee has not received the training invitation in their email
Training has been successfully completed, but the information does not transfer to Zeroni
